No Refund

We have no refunds or credit, since each order is unique and has no re-sale value. All sales are final. However, if we verify that we made an error, we will redesign our work. We take an individual approach to each order and pay proper attention towards each client's specific requirements. We offer up to three free revisions of the product.

Turnaround Time and Service Delivery Policy

101Banners.com offers 24h-48h turnaround service. After a banner design order is placed, the client receives the product within 48 hours. If the revisions are required, the modified product will be presented for client's approval within an additional 48 hours. If the order must be expedited, the client receives the product within 24 hours from submitting the order. If the revisions are required, the modified product will be ready for client's approval within an additional 24 hours.
